Skip Martin

Skip is the quarterback of the team who coordinates the client intake and assigns attorneys where required.  He's probably the first person you will speak with when you call in. As your case progresses Skip is also your go to guy for updates.  If something happens you're unfamiliar with call him.  If you have a question he will find an answer for you -- just call him.  If you need a him.


Peter Whorley

Peter is our most experienced Case Manager whose job it is to listen to your individual situation and recommend options to you which will address your problem in the most affordable way possibe.


You will find Peter to be very generous with his time and extremely patient during your interactions

with him.

Karla Etter

Karla Etter was an Orange County, Florida elementary school reading instructor for 35 years. Teaching young students requires patience, intelligence and empathy . . . three qualities Karla has in abundance.

It just so happens that people in the middle of a family court case could benefit from precisely those qualities in a case manager.  Which is the reason we were so happy to add her to our staff.

Joanne D'Ambra

Bankruptcy and Family Law Attorney.  Ms D'Ambra received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhode Island College in Providence, R.I., a Master of Science degree from Simmons College in Boston, MA.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law in Boston. MA.  She has been practicing law for over 18 years.

Andrew Ketterer

Andrew "Drew" Ketterer was the Maine State Attorney General from 1995 to 2001 and is also the former President of the National Association of Attorneys General.


Although not directly involved with the day-to-day operation of Low Cost Legal he is a valued advisor whose 40+ years practicing law provides a depth of experience we are fortunate to be able to access whenever a question arises the answer to which might lend itself to his considerable expertise.
